Can I buy insurance on-line ?
Yes, you can buy insurance, which is related to your skipass
Do I have to take out a ski insurance?
The rescue on tracks are paying. Even if you are covered by the insurance of your credit card, you will have to advance the fees. We advise you to take out insurance when buying your skipass.
Where can I find the number of my card?
This number is written on the top right of your card. It consists of 22 digits in the form 1-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-X.
Can I recharge the "Hands-free" cards from another resort ?
Any "Hands-free" cards with a DTA number in the form 01-1614 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-X is rechargeable, provided it is in working order.
Can I reload multiple ski passes on the same card?
Yes, as long as the validity dates do not overlap.
